1927 saw the first tragedy/comedy double bill, with ELECTRA and PEACE performed together.

The actors’ text and translation sold to audiences was J.T. Sheppard, Sophocles: The Electra, with Aristophanes: The Peace, part 1 (Cambridge 1927).
